1. はじめに
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、1UP PixelWorks（以下「当社」）が提供する四字道場（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. サービスの内容
本アプリは、四字熟語を学習するためのパズルゲームです。無料版と有料版（プレミアムプラン）を提供しています。無料版では広告が表示される場合があり、有料版では広告非表示、中級・上級問題の解放、ヒント無制限などの機能を利用できます。
3. サブスクリプションについて
3.1 プランの種類
- 月額プラン: 月額250円（税込）で、中級・上級問題の解放およびヒント無制限の機能を利用できます。
- 買い切りプラン: 980円（税込）の一回払いで、上記のプレミアム機能を永続的に利用できます。
3.2 自動更新
- 月額プランは自動更新されます。現在の期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に同額で更新されます。
- 更新料金は、現在の期間終了前24時間以内にアカウントに請求されます。
- 買い切りプランは一回の支払いのみで、自動更新はありません。
3.3 支払い
- 月額プランは購入確認時に課金され、その後は更新時にGoogle PlayまたはApple IDアカウントに請求されます。買い切りプランは購入確認時に一度だけ課金されます。
- 価格は予告なく変更される場合がありますが、既存のサブスクリプションの更新価格は事前に通知されます。
- 購入を継続することにより、利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
4. 解約方法
月額プランの解約は、以下の手順で行えます。アプリを削除しただけではサブスクリプションは解約されません。
Google Playの場合
- Google Playアプリを開く
- 右上のプロフィールアイコンをタップ
- 「お支払いと定期購入」>「定期購入」を選択
- 「四字道場」を選択し、「定期購入を解約」をタップ
App Storeの場合
- 「設定」アプリを開く
- 自分の名前（Apple ID）をタップ
- 「サブスクリプション」を選択
- 「四字道場」を選択し、「サブスクリプションをキャンセル」をタップ
なお、買い切りプランは一回限りの購入であり、解約手続きは不要です。
5. 返金ポリシー
- 返金については、Google PlayまたはApp Storeの各ポリシーに準じます。
- 当社は独自の返金処理を行いません。返金をご希望の場合は、各ストアのサポートにお問い合わせください。
- 買い切りプランの購入後の返金は、各ストアのポリシーに従います。
6. 禁止事項
本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します：
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 本アプリの不正な改変、複製、配布
- 課金システムの不正利用または回避
- 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 法令に違反する目的での使用
7. 免責事項
- 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。
- 本アプリの使用に起因するいかなる損害についても、当社は責任を負いません。
- 本アプリの一時的な中断や停止について、当社は責任を負いません。
8. 知的財産権
本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（テキスト、グラフィック、ロゴ、アイコン、ソフトウェアなど）は、当社または各権利者に帰属します。
9. 利用規約の変更
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更があった場合は、アプリ内で通知いたします。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用する場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
10. プライバシーポリシー
本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。本規約に同意することにより、プライバシーポリシーにも同意したものとみなされます。
11. 準拠法
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Yojidojo ("the App") provided by 1UP PixelWorks ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
The App is a puzzle game for learning Japanese four-character idioms (yojijukugo). We offer both a free version and a paid version (Premium Plan). The free version may display advertisements, while the Premium Plan removes ads and unlocks additional gameplay features such as intermediate and advanced levels and unlimited hints.
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Plan Types
- Monthly Plan: ¥250/month (tax included) for access to intermediate and advanced levels and unlimited hints.
- Lifetime Plan: ¥980 one-time payment for permanent access to all premium features.
3.2 Auto-Renewal
- The Monthly Plan auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- The Lifetime Plan is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
3.3 Payment
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but existing subscription renewal prices will be communicated in advance.
- By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel the Monthly Plan by following the steps below. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
For Google Play
- Open the Google Play app
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Select "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
- Select "Yojidojo" and tap "Cancel subscription"
For App Store
- Open the "Settings" app
- Tap your name (Apple ID)
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Select "Yojidojo" and tap "Cancel Subscription"
The Lifetime Plan is a one-time purchase and does not require cancellation.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of Google Play or the App Store.
- We do not process refunds directly. If you wish to request a refund, please contact the respective store's support.
- Refunds for the Lifetime Plan are subject to each store's policies.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited when using the App:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Unauthorized modification, reproduction, or distribution of the App
- Fraudulent use or circumvention of the payment system
- Infringing upon the rights of other users or third parties
- Using the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws
7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
- We shall not be liable for any temporary interruption or suspension of the App.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (text, graphics, logos, icons, software, etc.) is owned by us or the respective rights holders.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated without notice. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Privacy Policy
For details on how the App handles personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
